Well, HELLO THERE!
Chances are you’re on this page because I handed you a business card at some point recently. Which is awesome because it means we actually met, in person. Face-to-face. IRL.
Let’s be honest here, I’m a self-employed, homeschooling mom of 5–I don’t get out much. That makes meeting people in person pretty awesome.
I’m sure meeting you was absolutely amazing. (I mean, I’m writing this before we’ve even met, so I’m guessing. But if we took the time to trade biz cards and you made it to this page, I can rest assured we probably hit it off.) And I really can’t wait to continue our acquaintance (dare I say, friendship) in the digital world.
In case we didn’t have the time to really get to know each other, let me hit the high points for you:
Our family will soon be nomads. – If we talked for more than 10 seconds, you probably know this already. I’ve been having a hard time shutting up about it lately. But, yes, as soon as our house sells, we’re loading up our family of 7 + our Goldendoodle and hitting the road with our travel trailer. No, we have no idea where we’re going first. No, we don’t know how long we’ll be on the road. Yes, it will be epic.
I used to own a yoga-inspired apparel line. – It was called Feather & Wild, and it was a magical time of my life. I grew so much, forged inspiring relationships, and learned more about failing, pivoting, and hustle than anyone could ever want to know. But that dream had to give way to our new one.
I also used to own a web-hosting business. – But that was an accident from my days as a web designer. Ever met someone who accidentally started a business? Yes, you’ve met me. It was great, and again I learned so much during those days. But alas, it wasn’t a business with boundaries that really fit with being nomadic, so it gave way to the new dream now.
And now I call myself a Business Systems Strategist. – And I’m putting all of those skills and systems I learned to work for other people. After years of letting my business run me, I realized that there had to be a way to grow a business that supports dreams (like traveling and actually being HOME with your kids). And I learned that it’s all about having good systems that you can rely on so your brain has space to do and enjoy other things. So now I help other people implement those systems so they can go on living that dreamy life they envisioned when they started their business. I also help people set up smaller systems with lots of moving pieces (like that digital course you’ve been dreaming of but just can’t quite figure out what platforms you need and how they work together).
So how can I help you?
You have my email address on that handy little biz card that led you here, so drop me a line and let me know how I can help!
