I know I’ve been MIA as of late, so I just wanted to give everyone a quick update!
It’s a busy month for us while I catch up on client’s design work and we do a bit of traveling before the school year is in full-swing.
I had such a full calendar in August with clients that I’m still playing catch up, but I’ve gotten to work with some amazing women!
- Ignite Learning, LLC
- Honey’s Life (formerly Mondorfment)
- Best of Bloggers’ Recipes
- Eyes on the Source
- Dream Diapers
I spent the first part of the month getting my new office set up and trying to establish some new routines with the help of my oldest being in school and having a sitter come in once week to help with the other three munchies. (Yeah, I’m THAT busy!) Don’t worry, I’ll have pictures of the new office space up soon!
This week we’re taking our first family vacation! We’ve spent the past few days in and around Sandusky, Ohio. We caught our beloved Kansas City Royals playing in Cleveland on Wednesday. Yesterday we spent the day out in Put In Bay (Perry’s Monument, a cave tour and a butterfly house!). This morning we toured the Liberty Aviation Museum and as soon as we finish lunch we’re headed to the African Safari Wildlife Park. Tonight is the kick-off of BloggyCon ’13 and we’ll be spending the weekend at Cedar Point for that.
I promise to do a full post update on our trip and recap of the conference for all my bloggy friends next week! You should be seeing a lot more of me on here once we get through this weekend.
And October is going to be bringing some really awesome things to Simplify Mommyhood. I’ll be launching new specials and pricing for Simplify Blogging…new design packages, new office hours, and new planners, notepads, and printables. And hopefully new blog and video tutorials for all of you just getting started or getting comfortable with WordPress. The Simplify Money series will also be continuing into November with some new printables coming out to work with it.
And I’m happy to announce that during October, we’ll be hosting 31 Days of Printables! So check in every day next month for the awesome daily printables. To make sure you don’t miss a thing, be sure to subscribe (and heck, you get a a free printable right away when you do that).
(I promise to come back and add some pictures in for you all later this evening, but right now, we’re off to the Safari Park!)
